Unusual Luxury “Apartment” for Housemate - Available Now in North Asheville

My large home in north Asheville (behind Fresh Market near Beaver Lake) is a duplex; the lower floor has a very spacious apartment with its own kitchen, a large master bedroom bathroom, a private entrance from its own off street parking spot, a mountain view and lots of special amenities.

The photos do not really do the space justice - they just don't reveal how large the rooms are - the living room and the master bedroom are each a very spacious 12 X 25 each.

It’s not really a housemate situation, as your own kitchen and large living room makes it more of a very large one bedroom apartment; I occupy the space upstairs half the year. I am in Key West through the colder months, usually.

The property is about an acre and is very private. We do not see our neighbors and one can't see the house from the street.

Very convenient to amenities … Fresh Market, Ingles, Beaver Lake all a short walk. Seven minutes from downtown by car. Housemate to provide linens and kitchen equipment, but furniture couch, chairs, very comfy memory foam king, etc. stays. There is lots of room for you to put your own furniture or effects if you decide to stay long term, etc. I have my own washer/ dryer upstairs ... but I do access the storage downstairs from time to time.

There is a large "bonus" room, 15 X 15 that has a little convertible sofa and is great for an occasional guest. I do have some things stored in there, so it is really "shared" space but you can use it for storage, too -- there is hanging space there to accommodate clothes.

Terms: $1095/month includes utilities - electric, heating, water, and wifi. Annual or could be shorter, ending May 1, 2017. First, last and one month's security to move in. Cable TV can be added, if desired, at your expense.
